Zero customer service
I had some problems with one item from my order (the trainers). The item was slightly soiled, but it was not a big issue. The big issue was the fact that the item was demaged.
I took some photos and sent them email. I resieved no reply.
I spent one day trying to call them. It was impossible to place a call.
This is a company with zero customer service.
And please don't reply with your standard statement 'please do not hesitate to contact us on care@ kidscavern.co.uk'. You do not read our messages!

No communication
No information on if my order is picked or in its way. Tried to use their contact form which kept saying field required even though all information had been filled in. Used Kids Cavern a number of times before and it was always a good service looking at recent reviews something is going very wrong.
Update: all but two of my items' have now been cancelled with a email that didn't even apologise for such a useless operation. Wont be using this company again.

When the clothes arrived they had alarms still on them ? my daughter couldn't wear her dress for a family occasion!! And now I've got to find the time to return the clothes to the store to have the alarms removed!!! Not happy with this atall

Inappropriate music in store
Metrocentre store blasting inappropriate music with words like “n!gga” and “f***” I had to rush my children out before I had a chance to purchase anything.

Delivery took ages from placing the order. Then the item I most wanted was refunded as out of stock and I wasn't aware until the rest of the order was on its way. Otherwise I'd have cancelled the whole order. Great!

Poor service, lack of information
I ordered 5 things from your shop. After some time I received information that I will get refund for some. What for? It had to be on the list below but wasn’t. Currier gave me the parcel with two things because rest was out of stock. I sent it back because wasn’t useful without rest of things. Why it was still available on the website and I paid for it. This is so frustrating because my child was waiting for this.

Bad customer service
Bought a dress that came without bloomers. Asked for the bloomers to be sent out was told out of stock. Bought again online at a further reduced price. Made a review explaining how awful their customer was. They lied again on my review and said the item I bought was out of stock.
I picked the new dress up with bloomers up from the store that day.
Terrible customer service.

Very pathetic customer service & online order system!
Ordered 1st time online. Not at all a great experience. Wasn’t happy with the customer service too. Had requested straightaway after placing order to swap the size for the same product. Was told they’ll do but they didn’t. And then for more than 2 weeks no update or email regarding my order after placing it. At last had to contact them. Then was told it will be despatched today. How can it takes 2/3 weeks for a small order being in the same country. Then was told 1 of the items I ordered is out of stock now. So how can that go out of stock when it was in stock when order was placed nearly 2/3 weeks ago. Wasn’t happy at all from start to finish how my order was handled n dealt with.
There are many bigger branded websites much professional and so quick to respond and resolve issues straightaway and delivered right on time. Not that customers have to keep following up and reminding you that I hv placed my order whats the update. Thanks but no thanks!
